Redcon1 Tactical LLC will assist with the process of filing a missing package search or insurance claim with the shipping carrier. If you believe that your package was stolen, then you must file a police report with your local law enforcement agency to report the theft. UPS determines a package is delayed if the package has not been delivered within 24 hours after the expected delivery date and time. Once the missing package search is initiated, please allow up to 3-5 business days for the carrier to investigate, locate your package, and respond with an answer.
